At INNOVATE, everybody gets the same desk, there is no hierarchy. We consider ourselves a team of equals, all with the goal of bringing our skills together to execute projects at the highest level possible. We don’t have private offices; we all sit together. This maximizes the flow of communication and team awareness of the work going on around them. As a result of lessons learned during the COVID-19 pandemic, we now work a hybrid week of in-office days and work from home days. After all, who wants to go to work on Monday’s and Friday’s? Our office also provides us needed distractions like the shuffle puck table and the massage chair. In the end, our office culture is built to encourage a high level of execution and efficiency while avoiding burnout so often associated with our profession.
At INNOVATE Architecture & Interiors, we have worked hard to become a successful, dynamic and client focused firm. We believe it is important to share the fruits of our labors with charitable organizations that serve our community and beyond. As a company we support several local charities, but we decided we wanted to take things a step further. In order to promote giving throughout our organization, we donate money on behalf of each employee to the charity or charities of their choice. This allows everyone to feel the thrill of giving and supports a diverse group of worthy organizations. We will continue this tradition as long as our successes allow. We know that it feels great to work hard and to become successful but it feels even better to be able to give back.
